Inspectors found a positive change in leadership and culture, with staff and management knowing people well and managing risks effectively. Staff were described as kind and compassionate, and people were encouraged to stay independent, supported by a dedicated activities team. Relatives gave positive feedback and felt able to raise concerns openly.
