About Seaview Nursing Home
St Dominic's Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 91 people with nursing needs, including conditions such as Parkinson's, diabetes, and heart failure, many of whom are also living with dementia. The home is divided into six units across three floors: Fern, Crocus, Dahlia, Aster, Bluebell and Elderflower, with Fern and Elderflower units currently closed. At the time of inspection, 43 people were living at the home.
The governance systems had not supported the service to consistently improve and sustain improvement.
