Mulberry House

Medicines were stored and administered correctly, and healthcare professionals worked closely with the care team.

Inspectors found people felt safe and happy, with warm interactions between staff and residents. Risks were well managed, staffing was safe and effective, and there were clear processes for raising concerns. The service was rated Good overall, with each key area assessed also rated Good.
