About Smithy Bridge Court
Smithy Bridge Court provides personal and nursing care for up to 51 people across four floors. The home features ensuite bedrooms and shared lounge and dining areas on each floor, with landscaped gardens including a sensory garden. At the time of inspection, 44 people were using the service.
Systems were in place to safeguard people from abuse, with risk assessments and safety measures helping to minimise potential hazards. Staff managed people's medicines safely, and staff protocols supported the secure handling of medication and the overall wellbeing of residents.
