Sherwood Forest Residential and Nursing Home

Sherwood Forest Residential and Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 75 people aged 18 and over across two units. Sherwood Suite offers nursing, palliative and residential care, while Forest Suite supports people living with dementia. At inspection, 56 people were using the service.

The home has systems in place to keep people safe and protect them from abuse and harm. Trained nurses administer medicines safely with checks to ensure people receive prescribed medications correctly. Staff are safely recruited and screened for suitability, and staffing levels are monitored with rotas planned to ensure people receive safe care.
