Inspectors found significant concerns with how the home managed risks and medicines. Risk assessments were not consistently thorough, leaving staff without adequate guidance to support people's known health conditions safely. Medicine management was unsafe, with poor record-keeping that made it unclear whether residents had received their prescribed medications as intended.
