This residential care home provides personal care to up to 43 older people and people with a physical disability, with 28 residents at the time of inspection. The large four-storey building features spacious communal areas and gardens for residents to enjoy. Staff assessed and managed risks to people's health and safety, though some improvements were needed in choking risk assessments.

People received safe support with their medicines and benefited from sufficient staff who knew them well. Relatives were highly appreciative of the care provided, with one describing staff as "really caring and kind" who "always take time to speak to me. " Residents reported receiving "extremely" good care from the home's team.
