The large four-storey building features spacious communal areas and gardens for residents to enjoy. Staff assessed and managed risks to people's health and safety, though some improvements were needed in choking risk assessments. People received safe support with their medicines and benefited from sufficient staff who knew them well. Relatives were highly appreciative of the care provided, with one describing staff as "really caring and kind" who "always take time to speak to me." Residents reported receiving "extremely" good care from the home's team.
