Stocks Hall provides personal care for up to 45 adults, including those living with dementia. At the time of the inspection, 43 people were residing at the home. The home had clear policies and procedures in place for infection control, including COVID-19 management and visiting arrangements. Government guidance was being followed regarding isolation criteria and testing programs for service users, staff, visitors, and visiting professionals. Employees and people using the service had received appropriate training and support.
