Hillcroft Residential Care Home

Hillcroft Residential Care Home provides personal care to up to 34 older people, those living with dementia, and younger adults. The service operates across three floors, including a secure unit designed for people with dementia, with communal areas and visitor parking available. At inspection, 30 people were using the service.

Staff supported people with their medicines and assessed risks to their health and wellbeing, though recommendations were made regarding medicine storage and fire safety procedures. The home had sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs, with staff demonstrating good knowledge of the individuals they supported. The environment was clean and comfortable.
