The provider suspended new admissions while residents tested positive for COVID-19 and supported people and relatives through isolation processes with phone calls to loved ones and dedicated staff activity support. Where appropriate, residents remained in their own rooms to maintain familiar environments. Staff were specifically allocated to support those isolating, and visitor bookings were spaced to prevent infection transmission. The home offered window visits and an external access room for visitors. PPE and cleaning products were well stocked and organised throughout the service.
