The Moreton Centre

The Moreton Centre provides nursing and personal care for up to 64 people living with dementia and mental health diagnoses across four separate units in a purpose-built two-storey building. At the time of inspection, 53 people were living at the home with complex mental health and healthcare needs, including those who have had strokes, acquired brain injuries, diabetes, and those approaching end of life. Ash unit accommodates both male and female residents living with dementia, while Maple unit cares for younger people with mental health diagnoses and behaviours that may be challenging. Willow and Oak units provide single-sex accommodation for residents with mental health diagnoses.
