Seagrave House Care Home

Seagrave House provides residential care for older people living with dementia and physical disabilities. It currently supports 55 of a maximum 84 residents.

While residents felt staff helped keep them safe, inspectors found that risks were not always properly identified or recorded, and risk management plans were frequently missing or outdated. Staff did not consistently follow policies for managing medicines safely. Quality monitoring processes were not sufficiently effective to identify all risks and necessary improvements. However, people and staff were regularly consulted and involved in decisions about care and support.
