Redmond House accommodates up to 12 people in a purpose-built setting. During the inspection, all 12 places were occupied. The home demonstrated strong infection prevention practices, with regular testing and screening enabling safe visitor access. The registered manager maintained regular contact with relatives, keeping them informed of any changes. The environment was clean and well-maintained, with high touch areas and rooms cleaned daily according to established schedules. PPE disposal followed government guidance, and staff wore appropriate protective equipment. PPE stations with hand sanitiser were positioned throughout the home, and all staff had received training in infection prevention and control procedures.
