This care home accommodates up to 14 people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and sensory impairments, with 13 people using the service at inspection. The home features eleven single bedrooms on the ground floor and a semi-independent living unit for three people on the first floor. The premises are suitably designed to accommodate people who use wheelchairs.

Staff provided people with appropriate support overall. Medicines management required improvements, though the provider was implementing new systems to address this. Infection control practices were generally suitable, though staff did not consistently follow current guidance on wearing masks. Risk assessments were in place for the premises with clear staff guidance. Individual risks were assessed and monitored regularly to minimise potential harm.
