Saltshouse Haven Care Home

Saltshouse Haven Care Home provides personal care to up to 150 people aged 65 and over, with 133 residents at the time of inspection. The service is divided into five lodges—Bilton, Meaux, Preston, Coniston and Seaton—each accommodating 30 people with their own lounge, dining area, bathrooms and bedrooms. Bilton and Seaton lodges specifically support people living with dementia.

The quality of care varies inconsistently across the different lodges due to inadequate oversight and monitoring systems. While some residents receive a good standard of care in their lodge, others do not benefit from the same level of support.
