Salthouse Road

This care home provides personal care for up to eight people with learning disabilities and/or autism, with seven residents at the time of inspection. Relatives gave positive feedback about the support provided, and inspectors observed that people and staff had developed good, caring relationships built on trust and mutual respect. The service delivers person-centred support that is planned, coordinated, and designed to be appropriate and inclusive, enabling residents to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence.
