Berkeley House

Berkeley House is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 84 people across three separate wings, each with adapted facilities. One wing specialises in caring for people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 67 people were using the service.

Medicines were safely ordered, stored and administered, though some practices were not always in line with best practice guidelines. Staff would benefit from clearer guidance on 'as required' medicines to support safer administration across the home.
