The communal areas are arranged to maintain safe social distancing.

The service has established robust testing and isolation protocols for new admissions, with regular COVID-19 testing for both residents and staff monitored closely by the registered manager and infection control lead. All visitors and staff have their temperature checked upon arrival, then wash their hands and don appropriate personal protective equipment including facial coverings, gloves and aprons before entering the home.
