Rotherwood Care Home

Rotherwood Care Home provides residential care for up to 29 older people with a range of support needs, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 21 people were using the service.

People told inspectors they felt safe. Staff understood safeguarding procedures and knew how to raise concerns appropriately. Care and support plans were tailored to meet individual needs, with risk management strategies in place that supported positive risk taking. The environment was well-maintained with appropriate safety measures.

Staff were recruited safely and staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs in a safe manner.
