This residential service provides personal care for up to ten people across two bungalows. At inspection, four people were living in one bungalow and five in the other.

The service maintained strong infection control practices. Staff and residents participated in regular testing programmes, while visitors underwent screening including temperature checks and negative test requirements before entry. Staff consistently used appropriate personal protective equipment and changed surgical masks when moving between different areas of the premises.
