This residential service accommodates up to seven people with acquired brain injury in seven self-contained flats, each with their own bathroom and kitchenette. The home also features a communal kitchen and dining room, shared lounge and therapy gym. Inspectors found outstanding evidence of caring, kind and positive support delivered by well-trained staff under excellent leadership. People using the service were very relaxed and confident around staff, and everyone spoken with—residents, relatives and professionals—provided consistently positive feedback, praising how caring and professional the staff were, often going the extra mile to ensure people felt well cared for. The atmosphere throughout the home was exceptionally positive, welcoming and homely, with management exceeding people's expectations. Staff and management prioritise people at the heart of the service while continuously seeking ways to improve care and quality of life.
