People reported feeling happy and safe, with risks to their care identified and managed appropriately. Safeguarding systems protect residents from abuse. The home maintains sufficient staffing levels, supported by a dependency tool to calculate required numbers, and recruitment follows safe procedures. Residents receive their medicines as prescribed.
