Rotherview

Rotherview provides personal care for up to nine adults aged 18 to 65 with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with nine residents.

The service demonstrates strong infection prevention and control practices. Staff have received training and are consistently observed wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. The provider regularly reviews their IPC policies to reflect current guidance. Daily coffee meetings are held where staff and residents can discuss concerns about the pandemic and any changes to procedures, ensuring everyone stays informed and has a voice in how the service operates.
