Wilton House

Wilton House is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to older and younger adults with a range of needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, physical and sensory disabilities and learning disabilities. It supports up to 26 people across five houses, including some autistic people and people with a learning disability.

The CQC rated the home requires improvement, finding breaches around medicines management, risk management and governance, though some progress had been made since the last inspection. Inspectors found staff caring and attentive, with relatives confident in the care given, but noted quality systems were not yet effective or consistently embedded, and the manager acted promptly to address shortfalls raised.
