Roseville Care Centre

Roseville Care Centre provides personal care and support for older people. It was assessed following concerns about care, safeguarding, staffing and leadership, but the CQC found no issues and confirmed an overall rating of good. There was no registered manager in post at the time, though interim management arrangements were in place and worked well.

Inspectors found staff kind and caring, with people and relatives well supported and involved in planning their care. Risk management and safeguarding processes were effective, and a refurbishment plan was underway. However, mixed views on staffing levels remained, and improvements were still needed in recording recruitment checks and staff training.
