RoseLea House

RoseLea House accommodates nine people with learning disabilities. During inspection, the home was found to support residents in living as independently as possible, with an emphasis on choice and inclusion. The service had previously been rated good overall, though inspectors noted that information about people's mental capacity assessments was not always consistent across care plan documentation. At the time of this inspection, all nine registered places were occupied, with the home operating to support people to live ordinary lives within their community.
