Patrick House provides personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities in a three-storey property with communal spaces on the ground floor. Residents reported feeling safe and respected by staff, and were supported to live active, independent lives according to their individual needs and wishes. Care plans included guidance for staff on providing safe support while promoting independence and managing risks.

Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and understood their responsibilities for protecting adults from abuse. The service maintained systems to ensure people received medicines as prescribed and supported residents' health through appropriate referrals to community health professionals. Staffing levels were adequate to meet residents' needs.
