Ash Villa

Ash Villa is a care home providing personal care and support to people with a learning disability, sensory impairment and dementia. At the time of the assessment, it was supporting 8 people with their personal care needs. The home continues to be rated Good overall, following a focused review of some safety and leadership areas by the CQC.

Inspectors found people felt safe and happy living at Ash Villa, describing staff as approachable and easy to talk to. People were supported to enjoy activities such as arts and crafts, music and shopping, and knew who to raise concerns with. Observations by the CQC supported this positive feedback throughout.
