Rivendale Lodge EMI Care Home

Rivendale Lodge provides care and support for up to 27 older people living with dementia and other age-related health needs. At the time of inspection, 24 people were living at the home.

People told inspectors they were happy and enjoyed living at the home. Relatives felt their loved ones were supported and received a high level of care and support. The registered manager, who had worked at the home for many years, was spoken of highly by visitors, staff and relatives. Feedback indicated that management and staff worked together as a team to ensure people were happy and well cared for.
