Ashgrange House

Ashgrange House provides residential care to up to eight people, with six residents living there at the time of inspection. The home supports people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The home has recently undergone staffing and management changes following a difficult period during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff and relatives noted previous concerns about the home's culture, which the new management and staff team are actively addressing. Staff were observed wearing personal protective equipment correctly and following infection control procedures.
