Lebrun House

Lebrun House accommodates up to 20 older people and those living with dementia, with 19 residents at the time of inspection. The home provides residential accommodation and personal care support. Staff demonstrated systems to safeguard people and protect them from harm and abuse, with appropriate risk management in place.

The registered manager acknowledged areas for improvement in embedding person-centred care practices throughout the service. Some record-keeping required enhancement, and the manager was responsive to feedback, actioning issues identified during inspection. The manager demonstrated openness and honesty in addressing these concerns to strengthen the quality of support provided to residents.
