Prideaux House accommodates up to 20 older people living with dementia, with 18 residents at the time of inspection. The home has established clear processes to support safe visitor access, with each visit considered individually and planned routes designed to minimize contact throughout the building. Staff have received training to support visitors with lateral flow tests before entry, and detailed cleaning protocols are in place following visits.
