Ridgecott supports up to 10 people with learning disabilities and autism in a residential care setting. At the time of inspection, all 10 registered places were occupied.

Inspectors found that visitors were not consistently wearing Personal Protective Equipment in line with government guidance, though the registered manager addressed this immediately when it was raised. Ongoing decorating work in communal areas was creating challenges for staff and residents attempting to follow social distancing and hygiene practices.
