The service supports residents to live full lives with control, choice, and independence, offering planned and coordinated support tailored to individual needs.

Staff and residents were enthusiastic during inspection, eager to share their experiences and pride in their achievements. The service takes a planned and comprehensive approach to risk, enabling people to remain safe while participating in everyday activities such as going to football matches, cooking for the household, and meaningful work in the community. Many staff members took time to write moving statements about the personal and professional support they received, reflecting the strong culture within the home.
