QEF Care and Rehabilitation Centre

QEF Care and Rehabilitation Centre in Leatherhead provides personal and nursing care to younger and older adults recovering from acquired brain injury, stroke, incomplete spinal injury, or neurological illness. The service supports up to 48 people, with therapy delivered alongside residential care to help residents regain their independence. At the time of inspection, 21 people were receiving treatment and support.

The centre has a large staff and management team. The service has undergone substantial changes in the past year, with the management team beginning to consolidate improvement actions identified through audits and internal and external feedback, though this work remained ongoing at the time of inspection.
