Hartfield House Care Home

Hartfield House Care Home provides residential care and support for people who need help with daily living, including those regaining independence after periods of illness or reduced mobility. The CQC found the service to be performing well overall, with people describing staff as skilled, attentive and knowledgeable about their needs.

Inspectors found people felt safe and were supported to take positive risks that helped them build confidence and independence. Recent staffing changes had slightly affected some processes while the new team settled in, but the home showed clear plans for ongoing improvement and a willingness to learn.
