Staff responded appropriately to emergencies and knew when to seek medical help. People had risk assessments in place for their specific health conditions, and the home provided varied moving and handling equipment to meet individual needs. Staff received training in safety topics and infection control measures protected people from infection risks.

Care was personalised to each person's preferences, and the service offered a variety of activities while supporting people to maintain contact with family and loved ones.
