Highbury New Park provides residential and nursing care for up to 53 people, almost all of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, 50 people were living at the home.
A visiting relative spoke positively about staff during the visit, praising their communication during the Covid-19 pandemic. The relative felt staff could not have done more and described all staff as "amazing" in their care approach. They noted that staff went above and beyond in their pandemic response and demonstrated strong commitment to keeping people safe.
