Ashness View

Ashness View is a residential care home supporting up to 5 people with mental health issues. The adapted period property features 5 bedrooms, a communal lounge, kitchen and medium-sized garden. At inspection, four people were using the service.

Residents reported feeling safe at the home. Risks of harm were assessed and mitigated appropriately, with medicines managed safely and secure recruitment procedures in place. The service had clear infection prevention protocols. Care plans were written in a person-centred way, with staff recording people's likes, preferences and individual needs.
