Aston House is a residential care home providing personal care for people with mental health needs. The CQC rates the service as Good overall. Inspectors looked into concerns around staffing, infection control and medicines, and found no evidence that people were at risk of harm.

Staffing levels were sufficient, the home was clean, and medicines were managed safely.

People told inspectors they felt safe, well cared for and involved in decisions about their care. Relatives were confident that any concerns would be dealt with promptly. One person described staff as friendly and attentive, saying they could not do enough to help.
