Pranam Care Centre

Pranam Care Centre provides care for up to 50 adults, including people living with dementia and those with mental health needs. Nearly all places were occupied at the time of the CQC's assessment, which followed up on concerns from a previous inspection.

Inspectors found significant improvement since the last visit, when the service had been rated requires improvement due to breaches around safe care, dignity and governance. These breaches had been resolved. People living at the home and their families described staff as kind, caring and polite, and felt safe and comfortable.

Care was personalised, and management had strengthened oversight and partnership working, earning an overall rating of Good.
