Tentelow Lane

Tentelow Lane is a care home providing personal care and support to young and older people, including people with a learning disability. The service supported 8 people at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service good overall, finding that people were kept safe, well cared for and supported to make their own choices.

Inspectors found staff were kind, respectful and knew people well, with strong relationships built between people and those supporting them. Care plans were personalised, staffing levels were sufficient, and the service was described by people, families and professionals as well led, with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
