Objective Care Limited

Objective Care Limited, known locally as West House, provides care for up to eight adults with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with eight residents. The provider is a small private company offering accommodation and support as a single service.

Residents felt staff and management were caring, kind, and consistently available to them. People, their relatives, and professionals working with the service were satisfied with the level of care provided. The home had effective safeguarding systems in place to protect people from abuse, and staff were recruited safely with support for their development through supervision and training.
