Roshini Care Home

Roshini Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 12 adults with mental health needs in a single adapted building. At the time of inspection, all 12 places were occupied. The home is owned by a private limited company and operates as its only registered care home.

People received their medicines safely and as prescribed. However, medicine records were not always clear, which could potentially lead to errors. Staff addressed these concerns immediately when discussed with inspectors. A small number of potential hazards were identified during the inspection, and the provider took immediate action to resolve them.
