Polventon Residential Care Home

Polventon Residential Care Home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 19 predominantly elderly people in a detached property across two floors, with lift access throughout. Some bedrooms have ensuite facilities, and residents share communal lounges and have access to large gardens. The home is located in the village of St Keverne in south west Cornwall.

The management team has reviewed safeguarding procedures and maintains effective systems to protect people from abuse. Staff demonstrate a good understanding of how to keep residents safe from harm. People told inspectors they felt safe, and relatives shared this view.
