Parc Vro Residential Home

Parc Vro Residential Home, in Cornwall, provides residential care for up to 15 older people, some living with dementia, and was supporting 13 people at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service good overall, following a focused look at safety and leadership. People were protected from abuse, staff were suitably trained and recruited, and the environment was clean and well maintained.

Inspectors found some minor gaps, including delays in referring restrictive care plans for authorisation and staff not yet fully confident with a new digital medicines system, though no one had come to harm. People and relatives spoke highly of staff, describing them as kind, attentive and responsive, and praised the registered manager's support.
