Parc Vro Residential Home

Parc Vro provides personal care accommodation for up to 15 people in a detached two-storey building with an enclosed garden. At the time of inspection, 14 people were using the service.

People, relatives, and health and social care professionals spoke positively about the provider and management team, noting improvements in care standards and staff knowledge. Relatives felt assured their family members were being cared for safely. One relative commented, "We are so fortunate to have found somewhere where [person's name] is looked after so competently. It's so good. Staff are brilliant," while another praised the "excellent" communication and described it as "a lovely place to live."
