Care plans, reviews, and staff knowledge of residents' needs are all up to date, addressing previous concerns about outdated information. The home has also strengthened its approach to record security, ensuring all personal care files are now stored securely and only accessible to designated staff members, replacing the previous system of unsecured boxes in bedrooms. Safeguarding processes and risk assessments are in place to protect residents from abuse and harm.
