Philips Court

Philips Court provides personal and nursing care to up to 75 people, primarily older adults including those living with dementia. At inspection, 68 people were using the service. Staff demonstrated strong knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures, with appropriate PPE available throughout the home at designated stations. Visitors and relatives were required to provide evidence of negative COVID-19 tests, and staff could confidently explain correct PPE use and safety procedures. The management team had effective systems in place to monitor that staff followed safe infection prevention and control processes. The home was clean and supported social distancing guidance.
