About St Marks Court
St Mark's Court accommodates up to 60 people and provides personal and nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 43 people were using the service. The home had previously failed to robustly manage risks relating to health, safety, and welfare, particularly around nutrition and pressure area care. At this inspection, significant improvements were evident. The service was no longer in breach of regulations regarding governance, as systems had been strengthened to monitor the quality of service provision more effectively.
