Lanchester Court

Lanchester Court provides residential and nursing care for people with learning, neurological and physical disabilities, currently supporting 21 residents out of its capacity for 22 people. The service has implemented improvements in medicine management, ensuring people receive their medications safely from trained and competent staff members.

The provider maintains effective systems to protect residents from abuse and harm. Staff work closely with external safeguarding professionals to maintain people's safety. Care focuses on meeting residents' safety and basic health needs, with evidence of positive health outcomes being achieved across the service.
